Bookings and Payments

Booking process.

  1. Reservations: By making a reservation through our website or any other communication channel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Reservation Confirmation: Reservation confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been successfully processed.
  3. Payment: Full payment or a specified deposit at the time of booking is required to secure the reservation. Payment can be made through the accepted payment methods as indicated on our website.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. Customer Cancellation: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to be eligible for a full refound. Cancellation charges may apply.
  2. Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure situations. In such a case, a full refund will be offered or an appropriate alternative provided.

Modifications and Changes

Modifications by the Client

If the client requests modifications to their reservation, such as changes in dates, accommodation type, or any other details, it is their responsibility to inform the company in a timely manner (24 hours).

Any modifications requested by the client are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges as determined by the company.

The client acknowledges that failure to provide timely notice of modifications may result in additional costs or the inability to accommodate the requested changes.

Modifications by the Company

In the event that the company needs to make modifications to a client’s reservation due to circumstances beyond its control, such as changes in availability or force majeure events, the company will make reasonable efforts to notify the client as soon as possible.

If the company is unable to accommodate the client’s reservation due to such modifications, alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered to the client, as determined by the company.

The company reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation if necessary, and will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or expense incurred by the client.

Client Resposability

By making a reservation with the company, the client acknowledges and accepts that modifications to their reservation may occur, and agrees to cooperate with the company to facilitate any necessary changes.

The client further acknowledges that the company will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from modifications made to their reservation, whether by the company or the client.

Travel Insurance

Recommended Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during their trip, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related expenses.

It is the responsibility of the client to arrange suitable travel insurance coverage for the duration of their trip.

Company Liability and Limitations:

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable travel experience, we are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by clients that could have been covered by travel insurance.

Clients acknowledge that travel insurance is their responsibility and understand that the company will not be held liable for any claims arising from events covered by travel insurance policies.

Assistance with Claims:

In the event of an incident during the trip, the company will provide reasonable assistance to clients in making claims with their travel insurance providers, including providing necessary documentation and information upon request.

Failure to Obtain Travel Insurance:

Clients who choose not to purchase travel insurance do so at their own risk and acknowledge that they may be responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

Policy Review:

Clients are encouraged to review their travel insurance policies carefully to understand their coverage, including any exclusions and limitations, before embarking on their trip.

Exemption from Liability:

By booking a trip with us, clients acknowledge that they have been informed of the importance of travel insurance and release the company from any liability associated with their decision not to purchase adequate coverage.

Privacy Policy:

Use and protection of clients’ personal data.

Consent for sharing information with third parties when necessary.

Intellectual Property:

Rights to advertising material and website content.

Restrictions on the use of the company’s material by clients.

Dispute Resolution:

Procedures for resolving disputes.

Applicable jurisdiction and governing laws.

Force Majeure:

Definition of force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.).

Impact of such events on bookings and company responsibilities.

Acceptance of Terms:

Statement that the client accepts the terms and conditions when making a booking.

Procedure for indicating acceptance (checking a box, signing a document, etc.).

Contact and Support:

Contact information for customer support.

Procedure for lodging complaints or requesting additional information.
